Dr. Anil Siddharth Tambe is a highly skilled Consultant Pediatric Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist with extensive training and experience in India and the UK. He completed his MBBS from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, followed by MD in Pediatrics from Seth G.S. Medical College & K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai. He further specialized in Pediatric Gastroenterology with a Post-Doctoral Certificate Course (PDCC) from SGPGIMS, Lucknow, and pursued an advanced Fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), London, UK, where he trained in complex gastrointestinal disorders including Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and Pediatric GI Motility disorders.

With over a decade of rich clinical experience, Dr. Tambe has worked in reputed institutions such as Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College & Hospital, Mumbai, JagjivanRam Hospital, Mumbai, and Great Ormond Street Hospital, London. He is also a Visiting Consultant at Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Hospital, Mumbai.

Currently, he is a Consultant at Gleneagles Hospital, Mumbai, where he manages children with a wide spectrum of gastrointestinal, liver, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders. His expertise includes performing diagnostic and therapeutic pediatric endoscopies, managing motility disorders, and treating complex conditions like biliary atresia, short bowel syndrome, celiac disease, and viral hepatitis.

Dr. Tambe has contributed significantly to academic research with multiple publications in national and international journals and has presented at prestigious conferences, including ESPGHAN and BSPGHAN, where he was awarded the Young Investigator Award. His passion lies in advancing pediatric gastroenterology care with a patient-centric approach, combining compassion with evidence-based medicine.

Dr. Tambe is dedicated to improving the digestive health of children, ensuring early diagnosis, holistic management, and long-term care for young patients and their families.
